Delete your Feastigo account
Feastigo is operated by UK Tech Services. This page explains how to permanently delete your account (app.uktechservices.Feastigo_user) and what happens to your data.
In the app
- Open Feastigo and sign in.
- Go to Account → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read what is lost, type DELETE, and confirm.
Deletion is immediate. It cannot be undone by you, by support, or by us.
Without the app
Email support@feastigo.com from the address on your account, or call the number in the app, and ask for your account to be deleted.
We verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything — otherwise anybody who knew your phone number could delete your account. Requests are actioned within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number and email
- Every saved address
- Your wallet balance (it cannot be refunded or transferred)
- Saved payment methods
- Notifications, chats and support conversations
- Access to your order history
What is kept, and why
- Bills and tax records for orders you already placed
Required by Indian tax law. Your name, phone and address are removed from them first.
These records are kept for 8 years, as required for accounting and GST, and are never used to contact you or to build a profile of you.
Signing up again
You can create a new account with the same phone number at any time. It will be a completely new account — no past orders, no wallet balance, no saved addresses.
